La Querceta di Marnacchia

Position

La Querceta is situated on the top of Marnacchia hill a few kilometres from Amandola. It is a strategic position from which to reach cultural towns such as Ascoli Piceno, Fermo and Tolentino. Enjoy the incomparable view of the peaks of the Sibillini Mountains and the surrounding hills.

Structure

La Querceta consists of a large, stone farmhouse with four suites and a small, self-contained cottage.  Our guests can enjoy the large, flower garden and the swimming pool with sundeck both with a view of the Sibillini Mountains.   La Querceta can house up to 14 people.

Bedrooms

Edera, Rosa Lilla and Girasole in the main house and Ginestra, the self-contained cottage, are furnished with taste with old family furniture and great attention to detail to make our guests’ stay pleasant and comfortable.  All bedrooms have a small sitting room and a bathroom.

Appartments

Ginestra, the small, self-contained cottage, faces on to a splendid panorama of the Sibillini Mountains.  It has a kitchen and two bathrooms, one of which is set up for the disabled.  The cottage houses up to 4 people.

Activities

Graded excursions either around or in the Sibillini Mountains National Park by foot, mountain bike or on horseback. Themed courses: “natural” cooking, papermaking, furniture restoration in shabby chic, Italian lessons for foreigners. Personalised wellbeing and anti-aging programs or a relaxing holiday in the garden with a good book and a landscape that nourishes the soul.

Gastronomy/Local Produce

Rich breakfasts based on home-made jams, biscuits and cakes as well as fruit and produce from our vegetable garden and from our farmer friends which is rigorously organic and  “kilometre zero”.
